Hi, Ash here, Ride St Albans Shop Manager.

I’ve been cycling & messing about with bikes for longer than I can remember, from the early days of BMX & MTB back in the 80’s, but since then mainly on the road and for the past decade or so focusing on triathlon, from super sprint to Ironman races, along with being a regular at club time trials. When I’m not racing I love to get to grips with road & TT bikes , race prep, upgrades & full custom builds.

Hi, I'm Mike,
I love all things two wheels. While motorbikes are my favourite a close second is the estarli folders - so practical. For trail the Amflows are hard to beat but the Orbeas are maybe a bit more refined. On the road side I like the e-gravel (great cheat!).



Hi, I’m Jonathan. I’ve always loved bikes and everything that comes with them - from getting out for a ride and exploring new places to helping people find the right bike for how they want to ride. I’m a big fan of anything with two wheels and enjoy getting stuck into the details, whether that’s bikes, kit, upgrades or simply chatting about where to ride next.
